Your Partner in Mental Wellness
At the end of the day, we are all individual human beings. From our pure start in life, we slowly pick up small and sometimes large burdens - and if we are lucky enough - we have the support of family and friends to shed these burdens. However, sometimes that is not enough. In a world where family units are spread across counties, the country and even the world, personal connections become harder to maintain. In addition, the exponential growth of technology that can force a wedge between one to one human contact, finding someone to listen to you in a non-judgemental way and have the skills and experience to work with you in a structured and sustainable way is becoming more and more important.
On a personal note, I am based in Manchester and have a zest for life (probably comes from my energetic mum). A love of golf, badminton, hiking, wood-craft, animals and travel combine with an innate curiosity of life and the realisation that every day is a blessing and to find joy in even the smallest of things makes each day worth it.
As a student SFH therapist, lets work together to find your joy and release the burden you have been carrying so you can go forward in life with a lighter step and a smile on your face.
