Yes - having run departments and companies in the past, I know how important it is to ensure your staff are listened to and looked after. This applies from the C-Suite all the way through the organisation to support and ancillary staff.
I have structured programmes specifically for organisations so that they can give all staff access to mindfulness programmes and personal counselling within the workplace.
My breakfast and lunch ‘45-min mental HIIT’ sessions are particularly popular as they answer many questions staff have about mental health.
I run these sessions at company offices around the world. Email me for specific requirements.

We all go into trance multiple times a day when travelling on the bus or train, reading a book or watching a film. Clinical hypnosis is simply guided trance. You remain in control 100% of the time and can never do anything you would not normally be willing to do. A typical hypnosis session has the client (you) laying comfortably on a couch with a pillow behind the head and a blanket to cover you to keep you warm and comforted. A session will last up to 25 minutes for adults and c.15 mins for those under 18 years old. After the session, you will awake, refreshed, energised and ready for the rest of the day.

Clinical hynosis has been used for 100’s of years in various forms to reduce pain - imagine how surgery was conducted before anaesthetics.
It became main-stream in 1950’s with developments in psychoanalysis and neuroscience and by the 1980’s had become established as a way to support treatment of pain, phobias, anxiety and a host of other psychological issues.
Today, clinical hypnosis is recognised by the NHS for treatment of IBS but GPs and clincians are all aware of its ability to reduce anxiety and improve clinical outcomes.
